The field work varies depending on the season and/or the crops being grown. Peak harvest season is from mid-June to the end of September.

October Harvesting of vegetables  (celery, leeks, cauliflower, squash, pumpkins), and harvesting of fruits (apples)
November Harvesting of late vegetables (cabbage)

  • Wages are paid at an hourly rate, and must be at least the minimum wage in effect plus 4 percent vacation pay
